The CFValve™ can be used to purposely CREATE differentials within a boom to tailor machinery more precisely to specific application needs.

The pictures above show an asparagus sprayer in the Philippines. It uses the Red 1.45BAR (21psi) along the top to minimize drift. The higher pressure Green #3.0BAR (44psi)CFValves™ are used at the base of the drop legs in order to achieve greater coverage on the basal leaves of the crop. The same features of the CFValve™ apply to industrial and commercial usage as well. As an example, along an air line or at various assembly stages with only one feed line- there can be different pressures as required and that can work independently but still be utilized at the same time.

In this context, the check valve feature of the CFValve™ becomes very useful. The CFValve™ shuts off immediately and completely once the input pressure falls below the regulating pressure. The CFValve™ prevents excess liquids or gases from escaping as the pressure falls lower than the calibrated pressure. The CFValve™ is designed to include this check valve feature along with the pre-set constant flow of fluids or gases.
